Please find below important information on when to expect your deliveries, ordering times and hours of support over the May Bank Holidays for all MWI Animal Health services. 

Wholesale Customer Services Opening Hours and Ordering Times:

Early May Bank Holiday

Customer Services will be closed for the bank holiday from 19:30 on Friday 3rd May and reopen again on Tuesday 7th May at 08:00.

Orders placed on Friday 3rd May will be delivered on Tuesday 7th May. 

You can still order through your PMS system and online over the bank holiday until 19:30 on Monday 6th May, but delivery will not be until Tuesday 7th May.

Spring Bank Holiday 

Customer Services will be closed for the bank holiday from 19:30 on Friday 24th May and reopen again on Tuesday 28th May at 08:00.

Orders placed on Friday 24th May will be delivered on Tuesday 28th May. 

You can still order through your PMS system and online over the bank holiday until 19:30 on Monday 27th May, but delivery will not be until Tuesday 28th May.

Please consider pulling your ordering timings earlier on these dates to midday/early afternoon to assist with the increased volume in the network over the bank holiday. 

Closure of practices 

We understand practices may be closed over the bank holiday or changing their opening hours.

Please can we ask you to inform us if your practice will be closed if you are expecting a delivery. This ensures our drivers aren’t making any unnecessary journeys and can deliver on time to other practices.

Alternatively, you could delay placing your order via your preferred method until your practice is due to re-open.

Tote Boxes

Please can we kindly remind all customers to return any tote boxes they may have in their practice to their MWI delivery driver. 

If you have a dedicated delivery day, we have sent you your delivery times. If you have any questions please call customer services on 03300 947 587, option 1.

Reminder: We can only process orders against an original home office requisition request form (FP10CDF)

Important: It is advisable to check your stocks 2-3 weeks before bank holidays and order accordingly.

Early May Bank Holiday

Monday 6th May:
Office closed - out of hours: 09.00-13.30

Normal opening hours resume at 08:00 on Tuesday 7th May. 

Spring Bank Holiday

Monday 27th May:
Office closed - out of hours: 09.00-13.30

Normal opening hours resume at 08:00 on Tuesday 28th May.

Our Buying Group Offices will be closed for the bank holiday from 17:00 on Friday 3rd May until 09:00 on Tuesday 7th May.
