Diary Appointment - Ability to set priority on action list

What's changed?
Users can set the priority of their appointments by selecting the priority level when they right click. Once the priority is set, the colour scheme of the appointment will update to reflect the priority level.

Provides users with the ability to prioritize their tasks and appointments, ensuring that they can focus on the most important tasks first. The colour4scheme update also allows users to quickly identify which appointments are the most critical.

Users can search for notes within Diary Appointments. To print notes, users can select the notes they want to print and choose the print option. To export notes, users can select the notes they want to export and choose the export to CSV option.

Missed Charges Consult - Timing (Save Button)

This is part of the missed charges functionality and is disabled by default.
Changes to ensure that the missed charges banner
(1) appears more like an ‘error notification’, and
(2) appears after a user has selected the ‘Save’ button when there is no consultancy fee (or equivalent); not by default before a user has selected the ‘Save’ button (as per current behaviour).
What’s valuable about these changes?
This ensures consultation fees are captured and prevent loss of revenue.
Missed Charges Consult - Frequency - Red Bar Erroneously Appearing After Consult Fee (or equivalent) Added

This is part of the missed charges functionality and is disabled by default
Changes to ensure the red missed charges warning bar is not visible when adding clinical notes or treatments for a Patient with an Appointment with a status of “arrived” in Merlin, where a consultation fee (or equivalent) has already been charged that Business Day.
What’s valuable about these changes?
This prevents the possibility of charging a patient twice for consultation.
Time zones in SMS, labels, emails, and reports

MWI Pharmacy Home Delivery status report improvement

ASN - Duplicate Order received through another imported order

MERLIN-26166 Diary Refresh is causing the cursor to switch focus to another field

We have resolved an issue in the diary area where concurrent users were causing the cursor focus to shift when appointments were saved.
Test actions:
1. PC1 - Double click appointment slot > search for client and double click client > double click patient > Enter ‘Reason' > Enter 'Initials’ > STOP HERE AND LEAVE ON SCREEN
2. PC2 - Double click THE SAME SURGEONS appointment slot (any slot) > search for client and double click client > double click patient > Enter 'Initials' > Enter ‘Reason' > CLICK SAVE
Expected: Cursor Focus for PC1 should left on 'Initials’ field.
MERLIN-25895 Print history saving images as HTML (failed download)

MERLIN-25891 Unable to update first field for Farm Patient CPH Number

The issue of not being able to modify the first field for the "CPH Number" of a farm patient has been resolved, the first field can now be updated.
Test actions:
1. Navigate to the CPH Number for a farm patient.
2. Modify the first field of the CPH Number.
3. Click save - it saves correctly.
MERLIN-25858 Unable to open uploaded documents via drag and drop files option if a euro symbol exists in the file name

We have fixed an issue in Merlin where any uploaded documents via the drag and drop option were unable to be viewed if they included a "euro" symbol in the file name. This has been resolved and you can now view all uploaded documents as intended.
1. Open patient treatment screen
2. Doc Management -> Drag & Drop files
3. Move file with "euro" char in name into panel and add description
4. Save
5. Try to open the file
MERLIN-25842 Add Treatment with Batch >Batch Stock popup> "Show Expired" tick box doesn't work unless another filter is used

We have fixed an issue with the "Show Expired" tick box on the Batch Stock popup of the Treatment page. Previously, this tick box did not work unless another filter was applied. This has now been rectified and the "Show Expired" tick box will work as expected. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this issue.
MERLIN-25841 Not Saving Same Practice Name for First Opinion Practice and Referral Practice

MERLIN-25724 Report Mapping> "Accounts Charity Statement"> If a normal (non-charity) Statement is mapped it does not show the "Client Address"

1. Open Administration> Reports> Report Mapping.
2. Create new or update existing Report Mapping for "Accounts Charity Statement" and select template: "Statements19_ShowComments_Charity".
3. Find or create a Charity Client, open the Accounts module, and generate a "Charity Statement".
4. The Client Address is shown on the statement.
MERLIN-25708 Patient history With Prices

We have resolved an issue where the Treatment Quantity was being rounded to a whole value when printing patient history and including prices. The Treatment Quantity now matches the patient treatment history.
Test Actions:
1. Print patient history, selecting include prices.
2. Printed patient history shows non-rounded values for Treatment Quantity.
MERLIN-25644 Able to delete ordered Items after order sent

We have resolved an issue where an order that has already been sent to wholesale can be deleted. Now when the order is sent the delete button is disabled.
1. Utilities > Wholesale > New Order
2. Create an order and send to wholesale so status shows as SENT
3. Open order and Delete Item button should be disabled.
MERLIN-25641 Jasper error 500

We have identified and fixed an issue with running large reports, which caused a 500 error . This issue has been resolved, and users should now be able to print their monthly invoices and other large reports without any issues or errors. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Test Actions:
1. Attempt to print a large report that takes longer than 4 minutes to generate.
2. A 'Please wait' message will appear while the report is being generated.
3. When the report is ready it will appear in the report download window.
MERLIN-25506 Adding attachment to VetXML claim fails with 502 gateway error

We've deployed a bug fix to VetXML claim attachments. Now, if you try adding an attachment to a claim that is too large (greater than 4.88Mb) it will give an error message stating this is the issue. We hope this improved experience will help you submit claims quickly and easily.
2. On history tab tick 'insurance' checkbox
3. Add insurance (context menu-> Save Insurance)
4. Select "Vet xml Insurance" context menu
5. Open VetXML from top menu bar (Integrations->VetXML)
6. Go to Insurance Claim
7. Select your insurance and add attachment
8. Try to attach file bigger then 4.88Mb - an error message will state the maximum allowed file size.
MERLIN-25177 Idexx result showing incorrect patient's gender

This release fixes an issue where animals with 'neut female' gender were inconsistently displayed. This bug caused the incorrect display of gender information in certain circumstances, which has now been rectified. To ensure accurate representation of gender information across all animals.
1. Search the client on Reception Screen
2. Select the Patient and click on Lab
3. Select Index Interlink and Click on Patient Check In
4. The Patient gender will display correctly on Idexx Interlink
MERLIN-24695 Printing Accounts Receipts > Footer text cut off at the bottom of the Receipt > Character Limit should be Specified

We've identified and fixed a bug in Merlin where receipt footers were being cut off due to an unspecified character limit. This limit was around 47 characters, single line, so if your footer went beyond that, it would be cut off when printed. We've now removed this limitation, so you can add as much text as you need to the footer of your receipts. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
