Before joining MWI I worked for 11 years at the UK's leading publisher and manufacturer of greetings cards in a variety of manufacturing roles before opening and running their Distribution Centre.

I joined the MWI Operations Team in 2015 and after 2 years was named the Responsible Person on all medical licenses, and most recently, the Quality and Compliance Manager.

I feel honoured to lead Quality and Compliance for our group, helping to achieve our vision. I love a problem to solve, so having the opportunity to bring people together, being part of the solution to improve the service we provide our customers, is fantastic!

The most important part of the success recipe is good people, and we certainly have some fantastic, passionate associates who share in our vision which makes improving Quality and Compliance all the easier.

Away from work I am married to an awesome wife and have three lovely children, and a crazy black Labrador.
