Our purpose

AB-Business-Meeting-2_RGB_Large

To drive change and equity for all at MWI Animal Health UK. To create a positive and inclusive environment that challenges bias, and encourages equity, and empowers us to bring our ‘whole selves’ to work.

We will do this by raising awareness of what impacts our people today, collaborating to find solutions and continuously improving our business to embrace gender equality and contribute to building healthier futures for all.

Our story so far...

GettyImages-200567740-001

The MWI Animal Health UK Women’s Impact Network first formed in January 2022. We came together to plan a company-wide celebration for International Women’s Day on 8th March 2022 supporting the theme #BreakTheBias.

That was just the beginning. The group now meet regularly to discuss a number of initiatives focused on driving equality across the organisation. It is a safe place to raise issues, form meaningful connection and be honest about how we can improve our business to support gender equality.

As a group we are connecting different areas of the business, challenging the status quo and driving change.
